These extended and adjustable spring shackles are designed to "raise" the rear suspension on your Caddy.
When you would use these shackles?
You would use these in situations when you need to raise the rear suspension on you Caddy, I have been using a set on my own van for nearly a year now and find them very usefull. ie you can use the with;
- Axle relocation (axle flip)
- Axle Relocation (Caddy Sports or US Models)
- With Axle Drop Plates
- Standard axle
On some models or circumstances, axle relocation or drop plate ride ride height may be to low for everyday use, therefore these shackles are very useful when used on MK1 Caddys & MK2 Vans (9k).
They are fully adjustable by simply changing the increment bolt settings, the settings avalaible are:
- Std
- + 20mm
- + 40mm
- + 60mm
- + 80mm
In real terms of actual ride height these settings will be approx half the above! ie. +10, +20, +30 +40mm
The shackles are CNC machined and supplied in raw steel form, they are supplied with Hi-Tensile 10.9 Zinc coated bolts & Nylock Nuts
